Working with the Hillsborough Area Medical Community

Over 90 percent of Hillsborough seniors will want to remain in their homes as they age rather than moving to an assisted living facility. To accommodate this wave of seniors living at home, Homecare California is expanding to serve Hillsborough families. From a few hours per week up to 24x7 live-in care Hillsborough seniors can receive quality in-home care from Homecare California's experienced caregivers and certified nurse assistants.  We work closely with nearby hospitals like San Mateo Medical Center or San Mateo General Hospital as well as local skilled nursing facilities to smoothly transfer patients from hospital to home.
